By accessing this website and placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
Acceptance of Order
Your contract with us comes into existence when your order has been confirmed by us. This happens when you receive an Order Confirmation Email, confirming the receipt of payment.
Dooleys - HiFi is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. In this instance, we will contact you as soon as possible by email to inform you of the correct price of the goods and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
Delivery
All deliveries must be signed for. We aim to ship within 3-5 days on most orders received & processed by 1:00pm this is a 'best endeavour' service, which is not guaranteed. If we cannot supply the goods from stock, we will inform you by e-mail, you can then choose to either cancel the sale or wait an agreed time.
Dooleys - HiFi shall have no liability for delayed deliveries beyond our reasonable control, or for goods refused upon delivery.
If no one is at home to sign for your delivery, our couriers will attempt another delivery the following working day. After this you will be required to contact the depot to arrange re-delivery.
If delivery is refused, or you do not make contact with your local depot within 4 days, your order will be returned to the sender (Dooleys - HiFi) and we will wait for you to contact us before we refund you your money, minus the return postage cost.
Failure to enter the correct delivery details may result in additional charges. If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Dooleys - HiFi cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result.
Orders
A special order is placed for a customer when we don't hold stock of a particular product. Special orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
If in doubt about our current stock level of a particular product or you require it for a particular date, please email to confirm availability before ordering.
Some offers are only available through our website.
All deposits are valid for a period of 3 months only and cannot be refunded.
All prices include VAT.
Advanced Orders
An advanced order, or pre-release order is a type of Special Order placed for a customer prior to the availability of stock
Dooleys - HiFi reserves the right to make changes to our website and policies as well as these terms and conditions at any time.
Returns
If you decide to return a purchase, please contact us in writing within ten days of receipt.
Returns costs are at your expense & must be sent fully insured, we will not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Any refunds or exchanges given will be at our discretion pending a review of the returned goods. We are entitled to deduct from any refund the full cost of any parts missing or damaged and a ten per cent re-stocking fee will apply if the goods have been opened, unboxed or used. Our original postage costs will also be deducted from any refund.
If you are found not to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your goods will be returned to you at an additional cost.
Should you fail to make these arrangements within 3 months from the date you are notified, we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange and resell your goods to recover our costs.
Loss or Damage in Transit
If goods are missing, incorrect or damaged: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown and check the cartons for signs of damage & sign the carriers docket accordingly on arrival. We must be informed of any discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery.
Apps and Services
Some devices come with installed applications and/or services. Availability of these is normally dictated by licencing agreements between the companies, which we have no control over. We cannot guarantee the continued or uninterrupted availability of these services. Removal of any of these services or features does not constitute a fault within the product.
Warranty
All new products supplied by Dooleys - HiFi will have a minimum twelve month manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise.
Should your product develop a fault and you notify us in the first 14 days of delivery then the item will be collected and a new one will be despatched as soon as possible. Please be sure the product is faulty and it is not something that you have overlooked. If the product is returned to us and found not to be faulty, then a fee will be implemented to cover collection and delivery costs and possible restocking. Please note that we will only collect the faulty unit from Mainland UK customers.
Should you suspect the product to be faulty then please contact us immediately for technical support.
Please be aware that any product returned to Dooleys - HiFi should be done so in its original packaging complete with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Please be aware that the images on our website offer a fair representation of both colour and finish of products, and that due to varied settings on many PC monitors we cannot guarantee the colour you see online will be the same shade of colour you receive or a perfect match to any existing piece of furniture or product. Please consult the manufacturer's website for full specifications and descriptions about a particular product.
Due to manufacturer's restrictions some products on our website are only available in store and cannot be sold by mail order, this can affect your warranty. Should you wish to purchase any of these items please arrange a demonstration in store at your convenience.
Always keep original packing throughout the warranty period and if possible as long as you can.
Goods returned to us will only be accepted for repair/replacement if they are in the original packing and with the original invoice, without these the goods will be returned for you to arrange an alternative repair.

The warranty does not cover physical or cosmetic damage, abuse, fire, theft, commercial use or attempted repair by unauthorised persons.
